I am a holistic and integrative therapist in private practice in New York and New Jersey. With 10+ years of clinical experience, I hold a Master’s of Social Work from NYU. With a lifelong interest in both learning and teaching others about sexuality, I began as a peer educator with Planned Parenthood, followed by obtaining a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies while pursuing my undergraduate degree in Social Work. I was also heavily involved in the National Organization for Women at NYU and the Radical Social Work Group on and off since graduate school.

Much of my career has been spent working in the field of trauma, often specifically focused on the intersection of addiction and trauma. My focus on trauma has led me to learn a variety of techniques including CBT, Seeking Safety, mindfulness, meditation, somatic and/or body-based modalities, and yoga.

I am also an avid yoga practitioner and teacher. I began learning yoga as an elective in middle school. In 2017, yoga became a daily practice and led me to take my first yoga teacher training at Abhyasa Yoga in Brooklyn, NY with J. Brown.

As a therapist, I am passionate about LGBTQIA affirming, gender affirming, body positive, kink/poly/sex positive, anti-racist therapy.

These personal and professional experiences have led me to focus on using psychotherapy to integrate the mind and body. I would be honored to have the opportunity to share in your journey of self-discovery and to provide a non-judgmental space for all of your varied identities.
