No matter what you may be struggling with, there is hope.
I offer one-on-one therapy sessions for adults online or via telephone. In-person sessions will resume when it is safe to do so.
Sessions typically start out at 45 minutes in length once or twice per week but I am happy to discuss alternate session frequency or length.
I offer workshops based around understanding trauma, increasing coping skills and/or reclaiming sexual intimacy.
I am always open to new opportunities to bring one of my workshops to your group, company or not-for-profit organization.
Individual or Group Yoga
I currently offer Zoom-based individual yoga instruction or group classes.
